Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping

We send all orders using door-to-door courier delivery and we charge a flat fee of R125 for all deliveries.

Our warehouse is based in Plettenberg Bay ordered items will be delivered within 3 - 4 working days. Outlying towns and regional areas can take up to 7 working days.

Returns

Please contact us to arrange a return. If the item has broken we will arrange the courier to come and collect so that we can check the issue and then send a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds

Please note that we cannot refund personalised items. Please ensure that the spelling on your personalised item is correct.

If you decide that you no longer want the item then please note that we can only issue a refund if the packaging is unopened and the item is unused. In this instance please understand that we will ask for you to cover the cost of the courier back to us. We will issue the refund once we have received the item and assessed its condition.

When issuing a refund we will process the refund back to you using the same payment method which was used for the order. Please note that refunds to credit cards can take 7 days to reflect back in your account.
